1. Under I.T & Vocational Training Awareness Programme of INYCC, we are providing self employment opportunity to unemployed people & literacy awareness to needy people of rural & urban area of our country.
2. You can advertise our logos/brand name under this offer. Under this offer we will authorize you to run our said programme courses in your centre`s premises/address only.
3. Centre Head will charge Prescribed Registration fee/tuition fee/examination fee of courses from students, centre head will be liable towards, tuition fee, examination fee, not INYCC. INYCC will not have any sharing in Monthly fee & Exam fee. All matters/deputes pertaining to Tution fee & Exam fee between students & Centre Head will be settled by mutual understanding. INYCC may give suggestion only, in this regard.
4. Centre Head will submit student registration forms as per prescribed session and if registration forms are not submitted timely, Only the registered students with C.O-H.P after passing the Examination shall be awarded Diploma & Certificate.
5. INYCC shall not be held liable if centre head does not use legal software in his/her/their Centre. It will be sole liability of centre head to use legal & authorized software in his/her/their centre.
6. Student Registration form shall not be accepted without Registration fee & late fee. Registration fee of courses is non-refundable, in any case whatsoever, by INYCC.
7. All type of fees/payments/dues, paid to Sarva Education is non refundable/adjustable in any case, whatsoever.
8. If Centre Head found involve in any criminal, financial, social or any other offence, then authorization of his/her centre shall automatically come to an end.
9. The C.O-H.P, Director holds sole right to give the centre at any place beyond prescribed operational area of concern centre.
10. Centre Head shall work for the fulfillment of INYCC objectives & he shall not enter into any commercial deed outside INYCC activities.
11. For the purpose of engagement in a service, though our certificates are valid, however, we shall not be responsible to make assurance about full certainty of the employment.
12. INYCC shall not be responsible for any commitment or any scheme or any advertisement or tie-up with other party, which centre Head run at his level, without prior written permission from INYCC.
13. Centre head has to literate at least 10 students in a year to renew centre in the month of March every year. If centre Head will not send admission with in Three Months to Sarva Education. Then his authorization automatically deemed cancelled. Notice for Centre Validity will be confirmed at WWW.INDIANNATIONALYOUTH.CO.IN only, by checking centre code.
14. Centre head shall not have any authority to issue certificates, marksheet & Diploma, Only INYCC shall have the same authority. And if centre Head is found guilty, shall be punished Under Sec. 420 of I.P.C.
15. All expenses and formalities relating to computer, furniture, teacher’s salary, building, study material, software, taxes (all types), Noc from govt, if any objection is raised by any govt. department in future relating to his/her literacy centre, must be borne by the respective centre Head and in case of default by centre head INYCC cannot be held liable for the same.
